BERML Social Media Creator & Co-ordinator

 

Position Summary

BERML is seeking a Social Media Creator & Co-ordinator to support content creation, post co-ordination, and brand consistency across social media platforms.

This is a permanent position. The role is responsible for creating visual and video content, co-ordinating social media posts, working within BERML brand guidelines, and supporting performance monitoring across platforms and tools.

The successful candidate will be able to work within BERML’s brand voice: Confident, Bold & Considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create branded visual content using Adobe Photoshop

  • Edit video content using Final Cut Pro

  • Co-ordinate and manage social media posts using Meta Business Suite

  • Ensure content aligns with BERML brand voice, templates, and brand asset guidelines

  • Follow internal approval processes for social media posts

  • Support performance monitoring and feedback gathering

  • Use Google Analytics and Google Merchant as part of content and platform co-ordination

  • Maintain consistency across brand assets, templates, and social media materials

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong understanding of BERML brand consistency

  • Able to work within established templates, asset libraries, and guidelines

  • Comfortable creating content that reflects a confident, bold, and considered brand voice

  • Must have a valid passport

  • Must have a driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
